Absolutely not. We only focus on translating ecommerce content which means we understand search keywords, brand voice and the pitfalls of literal translation in ecommerce.

Each month, you have a maximum number of translated words (across all languages) that your translation team can localize for you.
For example, translating five hundred (500) words of English into four (4) target languages results in a total of two thousand (2,000) translated words used.
The number of words per month depends on which ecommerce translation plan you are signed up to.
You have access to a private Slack channel to collaborate with your Translator(s) and dedicated account manager if you are signed up to at least the Pro plan.
You can also communicate with your team via our custom platform.
